With the help of human resource leaders, the Brian Klinefelter Foundation developed a 97-page toolkit and interactive CD that outlines nine steps to creating a more family-friendly workplace. Employers see a return on their investment in higher retention rates, improved employee morale and increased productivity.

Today, the Brian Klinefelter Foundation works to decrease youth violence by promoting programs that help to grow great kids. The Foundation recently launched it Family-Friendly Workplace Initiative to foster stronger families, stronger businesses and stronger communities.
