9 Steps to Success
Building employee loyalty and creating a stronger community starts in the work environment. At the Brian Klinefelter Foundation, we partner with employers to help them assess their workplaces, identify practices to attract and retain talent, and make their community a better place to live, work and raise children. Here’s how we work alongside employers to help them successfully complete our proven 9 Steps to Success: Creating a Family-Friendly Workplace Program .
Gold
The Foundation partners with your organization to completely implement all 9 Steps of the program and provide additional workplace presentations. Key services include:
- All services provided at the Silver and Bronze levels.
- Supplies staff, materials and resources to complete each of the 9 Steps.
- Develop action plan to implement key priorities.
- Provide internal communication plan.
- Develop metrics to measure results and report progress.
- Access to work-life balance statistics, articles and trends for company presentations, newsletters, etc.
- Develop community marketing plan.
- Receive Family-Friendly Employer Seal to use on company marketing materials.
Silver
The Foundation guides your organization through some critical parts of the 9 Steps program. We help you complete steps 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6. Key services include:
- All services provided at the Bronze level.
- Identify opportunities aimed at helping your organization retain and attract talent.
- Assist with a cost and resource analysis of the opportunities.
- Identify 2-3 top priorities to implement to foster the highest return.
- Eligible for Family-Friendly Employer Seal for marketing
Bronze
The Foundation helps your organization begin the 9 Steps to Success Program and complete the first three steps. Key services include:
- Provide 9 Steps to Success Toolkit and interactive DVD with templates and resources.
- Thorough assessment of your organization’s policies and procedures.
- Help recruit a task force of champions and develop a project timeline.
- Complete an employee survey and provide a report of the results.
